I Have Worked for Starbucks coffee company for over six years. As part of my job I provide excellent customer service, follow safety and sanitation for all products, contribute to store profitability, and maintain up to date knowledge on all products and upcoming events. I am very involved in the company; I have been a shift supervisor, a trainer, participated in many sampling events, and have been involved in volunteer projects.
This job contributes to my schooling by being involved with the public and helping them make the best choices when it comes to what to order. I have studied the nutritional information for both our foods and drinks to provide customers with the best options for them. I love being able to make an impact in someone’s day and helping them choose a healthier alternative.
